We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Open wounds or infections in the treatment area.
- Any nail or health conditions that may be contagious or could worsen with our services.
- Clients with diabetes must inform our technicians to ensure careful treatment. Cutting of skin and nail corners is prohibited.
- Any individuals who are rude, disrespectful, or disruptive.

Hygiene Practices

We are committed to cleanliness and safety; therefore, all equipment is sanitized and cleaned after each use to ensure your safety and well-being.

Facility Guidelines

Child Safety: Please supervise your children at all times as our facility is not equipped for child safety.

Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their own possessions. Chloe Nails Lounge is not liable for lost items.

Beverage Policy

- Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for clients aged 21 and older.
- Valid ID must be presented for alcohol service.
- Alcohol is not served after 6:00 PM, with the exception of non-alcoholic drinks.

Gift Certificate Information

Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid only for services. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift certificates.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note that checks and American Express are not accepted.

Refund and Return Policy

- All sales are final; no refunds will be provided for any services or gift certificates.
- We offer complimentary corrections for any scratched or mis-shaped nails if reported within 24 hours and rescheduled within 7 days.
- Changes of mind do not qualify for refunds or credits. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us immediately during your visit, unless verified by our technician.
- Leaving the salon indicates acceptance of the services rendered.
